Corporate Team Photography Built Around Your Brand

Individual portraits, leadership sittings, group images, and environmental workplace frames. Built to feed your website, hiring materials, About page, and press together, from one day of work.

/ What This Actually Is

A team photo is only useful when it looks like something.

The frame that lands on the About page is not the point. The library behind it is. A working company image set covers the founder, the leadership team, every department that shows up on the site, the rooms the work actually happens in, and a group image that does not look like a school photo. That combination is what keeps a marketing team from calling the same photographer twice a quarter.

The approach here is closer to a documentary shoot than an event. We spend time in the space before the shoot day. We learn how people move through the floor. We identify the two or three environmental frames that will do the most work on your website, and we build the schedule so those get the time they need.

The result is a library that keeps working for eighteen months. Hiring pages update themselves. Press requests get sent same day. The team stops sourcing images from personal phones.

/ How a Team Day Runs

Directed like a documentary, run on schedule.

Brief

What the library has to do

The first call is about surfaces, not photography. Where is this content going to live? Website, About page, LinkedIn, hiring, investor deck, press. That answer shapes the shot list.

Scout

Rooms, light, and story

We walk the space before the shoot day. Which rooms photograph well. Which windows carry the natural light. Where a leadership portrait would sit inside the actual work environment instead of a beige corner.

Shoot

Individuals, groups, environment

One day usually covers headshots, leadership sittings, a group image, and environmental B-roll of the workplace. Directed by Dwayne throughout so the tone stays consistent across every category of image.

Deliver

Organized for how you actually publish

Galleries are named and organized by intended use, not just by person. The marketing team can pull a hero image, a leadership grid, and workplace context without opening every folder.

/ What You Receive

A working image library, not a folder of photographs.

Structured for how your marketing team publishes, not how the camera captured.

Individual retouched portraits

Every person on the schedule ships with retouched selects at the same standard.

Leadership sittings

Longer form portraits for the founder, CEO, and executive team, styled distinct from the general grid.

Group compositions

Staged, lit, and posed with the intent of surviving multiple crops for web, print, and press.

Environmental workplace frames

The rooms, the light, the way people actually work. Used on About pages and hiring materials that need to feel true.

Organized by intended use

Galleries labeled by surface, not just by person, so your marketing team can find what they need without an internal expedition.

Multi-format exports

Every image sized for the properties your team publishes on, from hero banners to press headshots.

/ Common Questions

Questions marketing and HR leads bring to the table.

What is the difference between corporate headshots and team photography?

Headshots are individual portraits shot to a repeatable specification. Team photography is a broader assignment: leadership portraits, group images, environmental workplace frames, and often video B-roll. The goal is a company image library rather than a single grid.

Can you photograph our office and studio spaces alongside the team?

Yes. Environmental frames are usually the most valuable part of a company library. They show how you work, not just who works there. We scout the office ahead of the shoot day and identify the rooms and light that will hold up on your website.

How many people can you photograph in one day?

The realistic ceiling is fifty to seventy individual headshots in a day, or twenty to thirty individuals plus leadership portraits and environmental frames. Anything beyond that is a two-day plan. We size the schedule to fit the calendar, not the other way around.

How do you handle group photos with more than twenty people?

Large groups are staged deliberately: staircase levels, seated and standing rows, or environmental context. We plan the exact composition before shoot day so the group is in position for under ten minutes. Nobody has to freeze while we adjust lighting.

Do you handle both photo and video on the same day?

Yes. Combined photo and video days are common for leadership pages and About-page rebuilds. We plan the shot list so the schedule holds both without collapsing either. Brand film work is detailed on the video page.

What deliverables do we actually receive?

Retouched individual portraits, leadership sittings, group images, environmental frames, and a curated set organized by intended use. Every file is exported in the crops and formats your marketing team will actually publish to.

What is a realistic turnaround for a full team assignment?

One to two weeks for individual galleries and leadership images. Three to four weeks for a full library that includes environmental work, group shots, and organized delivery. Rush timelines can be discussed on the initial call.

Tell us about the company and the deadline.

Send headcount, the surfaces the images have to live on, and the deadline. We will come back with a shot list, a shoot day plan, and a proposal that fits your calendar.
