What operations teams ask before we book.
Can you photograph our team on site instead of in the studio?
Yes. Most corporate programs are shot on location at your office. We arrive early, build a portable studio in a conference room or hallway, and cycle your team through in five to seven minutes each. The Buford studio is available if your office cannot host the setup or you want a neutral background.
How do you keep every headshot looking consistent across a large team?
Matched lighting, matched framing, matched background, matched color grade. Every person goes through the same setup on the same day, or on a repeat day using the same specifications. The result is a company grid that reads as one image library rather than a collection of separate sessions.
How much time do you need per person?
Roughly five to seven minutes per person once the setup is running. That includes wardrobe check, direction, and multiple frames. A twenty person leadership team is a half day. A hundred person team is a full day or split across two days depending on your building.
What happens when a new employee joins after the shoot?
New hires can sit in the Buford studio at the individual session rate, or wait for a scheduled refresh day on site. Either path uses the same lighting, background, and grade so the new headshot slots into your existing grid without a visible mismatch.
Can you match our brand background or color?
Yes. Brand backgrounds, brand color grades, and specific crops for internal and external use are set before the shoot. Send us the visual guidelines and we will build the setup around them.
What do we need to prepare our team for?
A short wardrobe and grooming note goes out to every person on your schedule. It covers what reads well on camera, what to avoid, and how long each person will be in the chair. We handle direction in the room. Your team will not need to know how to pose.
How are the images delivered and licensed?
Per-person galleries are delivered inside one to two weeks depending on team size. Every image is retouched, color graded, and exported in the sizes you asked for. Full internal, marketing, hiring, and press usage is included.
