Will the cast receive support or prompts for what to create and post?

Yes, we’ll create a Cast Content Kit that includes caption prompts, recommended visuals, and weekly post suggestions. This will help keep everything cohesive while giving the cast flexibility.

Who is managing reposts, shout-outs, and fan interaction from UGC?

That will be handled by my team under the social media management portion of the plan. We’ll monitor hashtags, DMs, comments, and repost approved fan content across the show’s official pages.

We will write the press release and can distribute it through our network or provide a target list of media outlets and podcast producers. If you’d like, we can also coordinate outreach directly.

How many podcast bookings are included in the rollout?

1 podcast booking, but we will aim higher based on PR momentum. As the marketing increases so shall the outreach for interviews for the show. Target shows include:

How many teaser/trailer videos are included in the package from the shoot?

  • 3 main video teasers

Can we create cast intro or individual voiceover teasers for each cast member?

Yes, 100%. We plan to record voiceover during or after the shoot and will use that audio to create individual intro reels for each cast member. This adds major storytelling value and gives each woman their spotlight.

Yes, my team will handle the ad creative, copywriting, campaign builds, and audience targeting based on the strategy we’ve already mapped out. You won’t need to worry about technical setup.

Will I receive monthly reporting on ad performance and ROI?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a monthly report with impressions, clicks, engagement, audience insights, and ROI estimates, along with notes and adjustments for the next month.

Each week includes a mix of:

  • 1 Reels-style video
  • 1 quote or promo graphic
  • 1 carousel, countdown, or cast spotlight

Each piece includes a tailored caption with relevant hashtags and scheduling.

Do I or my cast need to film anything outside of the BTS for photo shoots, or are you supplying everything?

Outside of BTS content, I will create all promotional content using our shoot, voiceovers, and trailers. If additional video is needed from cast (like selfie videos), we’ll provide detailed prompts and editing.

Will I be able to approve content before it goes live?

Yes, you’ll be added to our shared content calendar (via Notion or Google Sheets), and everything will be sent for approval before publishing.

Yes, all materials created by Prestige Visuals Media will be 100% owned by you, including content, branding, photos, and web assets.

Will I have access to edit the website, ad accounts, and social profiles?

Yes, you will receive full access to all platforms. I’ll train your team on how to manage or make future edits if needed.

Do I own all photography and video content from the May shoot?

Yes, all edited photos and video captured during the shoot are yours to use for media, promos, and future seasons.

What are the delivery deadlines for Phases 1, 2, and 3?

We can align specific deliverable dates based on your preferred rollout start. Tentative schedule:

  • Phase 1: Launch by May 15

What happens if teaser footage or trailer delays occur?

If there’s a delay, we’ll adapt the content calendar accordingly. We’ll lead with quote graphics, photos, and UGC to maintain hype until footage is ready.

Yes, payments are due at the beginning of each month for that month’s work. We can also do a deposit + milestone payment split if preferred.
