We propose a full-service brand and launch campaign for Elite Access, a transformative 2 day workshop built to empower Black women accountants to enter the high opportunity world of sports, entertainment, and influencer accounting.

Our strategy will elevate the Elite Access brand through cinematic storytelling, emotionally driven campaigns, authentic content, and precise funnel execution, all designed to sell tickets with a $25K–$35K.

We won’t just market a workshop, we will create a cultural movement around what it means to be a Black woman business manager, financial strategist, and money mentor in the entertainment industry.

Target Audience

  • Black women accountants & CPAs aged 35+

  • Already running a firm or in practice

  • Have personal ties to athletes, entertainers, or influencers

  • Seeking a change in career
  • Desire legacy, financial scale, and cultural credibility

  • Seek a roadmap to enter the sports/entertainment ecosystem and become “the money team”

Brand Strategy &
Platform Alignment

Objective: Position Jini as the gateway into sports & entertainment accounting for Black women entrepreneurs.

Deliverables:

  • Develop a Brand Architecture that connects Jini’s existing platforms (Thank Me Later, Black Women Will, Envision) into a unified narrative that supports Elite Access.

  • Optimize IG, podcast, email, and FB content to reflect a cohesive voice and brand promise.

  • Craft a messaging playbook built on Jini’s core values: legacy, entrepreneurship, access, and transformation.

  • Strategically time messaging shifts beginning July 2025, with a rollout calendar for August–October.

Web Funnel Buildout

Objective: Build a high-converting sales system that matches the sophistication and emotional stakes of the offer.

Deliverables:

  • Landing pages: opt-in, thank you, sales page

  • Email & SMS messages

  • Sales videos

  • Data capture integrations (Kartra, Thinkific, etc.)

Content & Storytelling Campaign

Objective: Create visceral, culture-shifting visuals that make accounting feel human, elevated, and powerful.

Creative Assets:

  1. “Accounting Looks Like This” Series

    • Short-form IG/LinkedIn/TikTok videos shot on cell phone

    • Jini or participants in raw, behind-the-scenes moments

    • Talking about real money moves, not just spreadsheets

    • Vibe: real, accessible, confident

  2. “The Pivot” Mini-Docu Series

    • Cinematic mini-docs highlighting the journey of women who pivoted into entertainment finance

    • Jini’s story woven in (Luda, tour life, Ricky Smiley, etc.)

    • Interview cuts from Jini’s team & clients discussing her leadership and impact

  3. Social Promos & Paid Ads

    • Caption templates for Jini to post natively

    • Brand teasers: “This isn’t your typical workshop.”

    • Countdown reels, team testimonials, impact stats

    • A/B test static + video ad creative on FB/IG/YT

  4. Educational & Empowerment Content

  • Integrate live replay hosting with lead capture

Community Management

Objective: Build excitement, trust, and conversation before, during, and after the event.

Execution:

  • Launch two Facebook groups: General Interest (pre-launch) & Paid Inner Circle

  • Weekly engagement (testimonials, wins, Q&A, spotlights)

  • Assign moderator or train internal team

  • Build sense of sisterhood and shared ambition

Music Fest Orlando is a rising cultural music experience featuring major urban artists in the heart of Orlando. We were hired to develop the brand, build momentum, and help bring in revenue through sponsorships and vendor partnerships. Recently, we were hired to rebrand the festival to a film and music experience.
